Groenhoj Kro

The inn “Grønhøj Kro” is a royal privileged inn from 1848.

The village Grønhøj was established by colonists, the so called potato Germans which came to the country in 1756. In the building “Svenskerhuset” there is an exhibition about the life of the potato Germans, furthermore there is a museum of agricultural tools.

Grønhøj Kro has been family owned since 1864. At the kro you can taste coffee and cake
made after old traditions.
